This was my first venture into a proper training plan I wasn’t sure what results to expect but over the 8 weeks, my FTP increased by 15% which I’m more than happy with.
The B Spoke approach means I can fit each session into my busy work and family life as they are targeted and super focused for the time that i have. His gym sessions have been a revelation and, dare I say enjoyable.
Once I'd got the plan it gave me the structure I needed to plan the rides and the training each week. I've almost beaten the mileage I did in last year and enjoying riding my bike again.
